As Vanto Group Business Development Manager, Ruy Castelan is accountable for leading the expansion of Vanto Group’s business in target markets and geographies and the training and development of the consulting team in North and South America, Asia and Australia.
Ruy’s expertise is in leading large-scale initiatives with groups of people with diverse cultural and national backgrounds, as well as implementing initiatives that produce elevated organizational performance. Ruy has been involved in Vanto Group’s engagements in Latin America for more than ten years and has worked with clients in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Peru, including Modec, Telemar, Antamina, BHP Billiton, and Reebok.
Prior to joining Vanto Group, Ruy held executive positions in the areas of negotiations, production planning, sales, and marketing for companies such as AKRA (part of Grupo Alfa in Mexico), Kimberly Clark de Mexico, and Grupo CYDSA, Mexico.
Ruy holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
