As Vanto Group’s Country Head – India, Nirav Vyas is responsible for advancing the firm’s presence and impact across India. His role includes developing the region’s sales, delivery, and operations teams and ensuring the quality and consistency of Vanto Group’s work across client engagements while supporting the continued expansion of the firm’s footprint in the region.
Nirav works closely with clients and consulting teams across India to design and deliver engagements that expand leadership capability, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and produce breakthrough performance. His leadership ensures that Vanto Group’s methodologies are applied with rigor while remaining responsive to the realities and ambitions of the organizations it serves.
With more than 32 years of experience across technical, process, and management disciplines, Nirav brings deep expertise in leading and implementing sustainable change initiatives within medium and large organizations. His strategic and practical insights have guided leaders across industries, including technology, manufacturing, automobile retail, real estate, and research and development.
Prior to joining Vanto Group, Nirav held senior roles in the aerospace and information technology sectors in India. He spent over 13 years with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), where he led a precision manufacturing unit producing mechanical hardware for satellites. He also served as Vice President at an Indian IT firm specializing in e-commerce, web development, and online marketing.
Nirav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and a postgraduate diploma in Operations Management.
