With over 20 years experience working with financial institutions, Megan has been a major contributor in pioneering organizational change, creating transformational empowerment programs, training, and developing coaches and facilitators, masterfully designing workshops, frameworks, and tools that all contribute towards elevating leadership at companies like Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Capital One. Megan has coached and trained over 10,000+ individuals, focusing on female CEO’s, Founders, and Senior Level Executives who are out to make a profound difference in their industry or field.
Megan earned her B.A. in Global and International Studies with an emphasis in socio-economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and has her Master’s Degree in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). Megan has previously operated as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP™), a Certified Money Coach (CMC™), a business consultant, trainer of trainers, coach of coaches, a facilitator of dynamic dialogues, a host of many live events programs, podcasts, panels, and interviews all moving the conversation forward of what is possible in creating a world that works for everyone.
