As Vanto Group’s Research, Training & Development Coordinator, Laura Wendt supports the research, training and business development activities critical to the company’s future growth, including assisting Vanto Group’s Design & Development Manager in the design of client engagements and the training and development of Senior Consultants globally.
Prior to joining Vanto Group, Laura was a professional union stage manager in theatre for 14 years, working on over 55 productions in 7 states. She holds a B.F.A in Stage Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater as well as a M.S. in Organizational Leadership & Change from Edgewood College.
