Johnny’s career is rooted in entrepreneurship. As a founder, co-founder, partner, and shareholder of multiple companies in Brazil, he has served in leadership roles including CEO, CFO, Director of Innovation, and Partner. This breadth of experience has given him deep expertise in strategic processes and business modeling, innovation methodologies, data-driven cultures, and conflict and crisis management.
Johnny holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of São Paulo. He has worked as a process and business consultant, conflict mediator, mentor to startup founders, and as a member of Administrative and Fiscal Boards.
