He leads the advancement of strategic partnerships and alliances, shapes go-to-market and growth strategies, strengthens brand positioning, and supports the development of leadership capability across regions.
Gerry ensures that Vanto Group’s operating model, client experience, and market strategy are tightly integrated, scalable, and responsive to changing global conditions. His leadership enables the firm to grow with discipline and consistency while delivering measurable impact for clients.
Since joining Vanto Group in 2015, Gerry has played a central role in building the strategic and operational foundations that underpin the firm’s continued growth and global expansion.
Prior to joining Vanto Group, Gerry held leadership roles at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Business Intelligence, along with multiple certifications in business, process improvement, and management.
