Vanto Group (VG) is looking for Senior Consultants to join its North America-based operations. Senior Consultants specialize in the delivery of engagements, client management and business development.

Responsibilities

Delivery of Engagements:

  • Successfully and timely acquire certifications to lead VG engagements, ranging from introductory to complex multi-year engagements.
  • Reliably and continuously elevate their ability to identify the business objectives of VG’s clients.
  • Successfully apply VG’s methodology to address the business objectives of the client, allowing for the development of effective long-term partnerships.
  • Lead engagements and workshops that deliver on all promises and contractual obligations made to VG’s clients.
  • Follow all delivery protocols, processes, and best practices including successfully and timely completing all pre, during, and post engagement reports and surveys.

Client Management:

  • Manage client relationships such that their satisfaction and experience exceed their expectations.
  • Actively and methodically identify and align various cross-functional client stakeholders around objectives and measures of success.
  • Effectively listen and identify the concerns of the client and promptly recognize any shifts in their objectives.
  • Effectively and continuously expand VG’s relationships within VG’s client organizations.

Business Development:

  • Prospect and generate new clients.
  • Stay up to date with market dynamics and trends.
  • Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with prospects and clients that results in referrals and repeat business.
  • Develop and deliver value-driven presentations to C-Level executives and senior management.
  • Be in full compliance with all policies, processes, and procedures including rigorously updating and maintaining all prospecting systems.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of senior management experience (director level or above).
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Able to effectively speak in front of groups and senior executives.
  • A strong professional network.
  • A history of strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Passionate about working in a dynamic organization that is constantly striving for higher levels of performance in delivering value to its clients.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Previous proven success in collaborating and building strong relationships with customers, partners and internal cross-functional team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Landmark Worldwide education desirable.
