As CEO of a financial services company, he oversaw $6 billion annually in new loan and lease transactions, $1.2 billion in revenue, and a $310 million operating budget—guiding more than 2,500 employees worldwide. His leadership has consistently been marked by a capacity to navigate complexity, drive strategic clarity, and inspire teams to deliver breakthrough outcomes.
John is a cum laude graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. He holds an MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University and a BS in Economics from Frostburg University.
